3D FLS Enabling The Future of Unmanned Defense Operations
Unmanned and autonomous systems are rapidly reshaping naval operations, making the move from experimental to essential. The next era of naval superiority will hinge on how effectively these platforms integrate within broader fleet operations, and on the sensor technologies that empower them to perceive, decide, and act independently across diverse maritime environments.
Integration with Anschütz SYNAPSIS (W)ECDIS NX
A new integration with Anschütz GmbH, a global leader in maritime navigation technology, now allows Argos FLS data to be displayed within their SYNAPSIS (W/)ECDIS NX application. This new collaboration combines FarSounder’s subsurface awareness with advanced Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS), providing a more unified and data-rich navigation experience.
Integration with SEA.AI
FarSounder has expanded its suite of integration options with the addition of SEA.AI, a global leader in AI-powered vision systems for maritime safety. This integration is available in FarSounder’s new SonaSoft LT™ web application, providing captains and bridge crews with a more comprehensive operational picture.
Integration with Qinsy Hydrographic Data Acquisition Software
Via straightforward integration to Qinsy, FarSounder’s customers gain access to sophisticated hydrographic processing capabilities and rich views of the incoming data streams.
Hotkey Support for Custom Controls, Foil Panels, and Touch Screens
Integration flexibility is one of the key aspects to FarSounder’s software. Since SonaSoft 3.0, all end user features can be controlled with only a 2 button mouse/trackball and the design of the user interface facilitates the use of touch screen monitors. We also offer low level integration via a network based SDK.
Integrating FarSounder Navigation Sonars into NACOS
We recently announced the integration of our navigation sonars into the newest Wärtsilä SAM Electronics NACOS Platinum Integrated Bridge System. Now that the first of these integrated systems has been installed for a customer, we’d like to share some more details about how we fit into their system.
Integrating into 3rd Party Products: Using FarSounder's SDK
Recently, we've decided make the standard SDK for our navigation product available to 3rd party developers free of charge for non-commercial applications. This makes sense in today's information driven world, since here at FarSounder, we are in the business of selling sonars and providing ship operators with the best underwater situational awareness possible. We're not in the business of selling closed APIs. This opens up an exciting number of possibilities for people interested in integrating FarSounder’s forward looking sonar data into their products.
